Rent Roll Ready is a practical property operations toolkit. It helps site and property teams organize follow-up, documentation, ownership, and escalation. It does not replace legal advice, company policy, lease requirements, fair housing guidance, subsidy program requirements, inspection protocols, or local compliance obligations.

Site / property-level license

Paid files are licensed for one property or site-level operating team unless a separate portfolio license is approved. The files may be used by the manager, assistant manager, maintenance lead, leasing staff, approved vendor support, or owner/operator contacts who are directly supporting that licensed property or site.

Portfolio, regional, corporate, multi-property, training-library, or company-wide use requires a separate license or written approval.

Do not redistribute

Files may not be resold, posted publicly, repackaged, shared outside the licensed property/site group, uploaded into public templates, or used to create a competing product.

Support and delivery

If a download or file access issue occurs, contact support@getrentrollready.com and support will correct access or delivery. Digital purchases may be limited once files are delivered.

Operational responsibility

Use the toolkit with your own lease, policy, resident communication standards, legal guidance, and compliance requirements. Operators remain responsible for final decisions and local requirements.
